Payment terms

Products must be paid for at the time of ordering. PRINTIUX USA LLC accepts payment exclusively by bank transfer. After placing your order, transfer the full total using the bank details shown in your order confirmation, and include your order number as the payment reference. Orders are shipped once payment is received. Credit cards, checks and payment on credit are not accepted through this website.

Shipping

We sell and ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is included in product prices. Shipping is via UPS. Standard catalog products normally ship in 2–3 days for small quantities and 7–17 days for large quantities, unless otherwise stated. QuickShip products ship the same day for orders received by 3:00 PM EST. Lead times for custom products vary. Dropshipping and blind shipping are available.

UPS disclaimer: standard shipping excludes UPS surcharges for limited-access deliveries (commercial locations, shopping malls, universities, military bases, etc.) and any redelivery charges. PRINTIUX USA LLC is not responsible for charges arising from incorrect shipping information or locations requiring delivery appointments, international inspections or border fees.

Custom products

Quotes for special products are provided promptly and are encouraged. Please fully test your custom product by obtaining a sample before ordering. We strive to meet the lead times quoted. PRINTIUX USA LLC wants to help you meet your customers’ requirements.

Samples

Samples are available and can be quoted on request, with payment of their cost in advance.

Prices

Suggested list prices are established for catalog items. Available discounts are published for the applicable products. Current prices are shown on the website; products without a published price require a quote. All prices are in USD and are subject to change and/or typographical errors.

Country of origin

More than 96% of what we offer is made in the United States. All aluminum, steel, tubing and castings are made in the USA. Some components, such as travel bags, plastic parts and rivets, are imported.

Disclaimer

The buyer determines the suitability of the product for each intended use and assumes all risk and liability. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the product.

PRINTIUX USA LLC limited lifetime warranty

PRINTIUX USA LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that affect the quality and function of its products when properly used. Products must not have been misused, incorrectly assembled or abused for this warranty to apply. Determination is solely at the discretion of PRINTIUX USA LLC, and its obligation is limited to providing replacement parts. Contact customer service for written return authorization before sending anything.

No credits of any kind will be issued without this authorization.

Product specifications

Specifications are subject to change due to our continuous improvement program and shortages of materials or commodities.

Catalog errors

The catalog has been reviewed to present information and prices as accurately as possible. If an error is found in a description or price, we reserve the right to correct it. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Returns

Within 30 days of the original shipment, standard in-stock catalog items in quantities of up to 5 may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight in both directions. Products must be received in saleable condition. Contact customer service by phone or email for written return authorization. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Returns of larger quantities or made-to-order standard items require prior approval at the discretion of PRINTIUX USA LLC management.

Returns will not be accepted without written authorization.

Damage and shortages

Please report damage or shortages within 48 hours. Note all issues on the parcel manifest or bill of lading when signing.
