Side Hanging Pole Topper
We can manufacture a wide variety of pole topper stands. This penant stand was made by us in the USA and powder coated gloss white. This penant dipslay could also be called a side hanging pole topper stand or offset pole topper. Shown is an example of a flag pole topper stand, where a rigid graphic in the shape of a trangle hangs off the side of the stand. The flag could be in any shape or color. This particular graphic flag stand attached with clips, though we have many mounting options. The rigid graphic ensures the flag is always sticking out and never sagging. For ease of assembly, this pole topper was made using swedge and shock cord construction, ensuring the parts stayed together. The peened base bushing helps ensure the upright always stands straight up, even if the screw becomes loose.
California Proposition 65 — WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
More about Proposition 65
This warning is the result of a right to know law passed in California in 1986 generally referred to as “Proposition 65.” PRINTIUX strives to comply with all applicable laws, including Proposition 65. While you may find this warning alarming, those in the State of California see it on products every day. California even came close to requiring this warning on coffee.
Why is PRINTIUX providing this warning?
We offer over 2000 products, each with its own set of parts and materials. It isn’t possible to test and re-test each and every part for the 850+ chemicals covered by Proposition 65. To ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on any products in which we cannot rule out that exposure to one of the 850+ covered chemical may occur. We provide these warnings out of an abundance of caution.
This warning does not mean that any of our products actually will cause any harm. Moreover, a Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.” The government has also explained, “You could think of Proposition 65 more as a ‘right to know’ law than a pure product safety law.”
Our products are sold nationwide and are labeled accordingly.
