BOPIS Greater Stand As more customers order online, it becomes critical that retailers deliver a fantastic experience. Nothing makes an online pickup more painful than having to hunt around the store for an available associate and then wait for them to finish speaking with someone else to get their attention and start the process of retrieving your order. This stand was designed as part of the operating model for a retailer. The stand integrates a tall graphic to get the attention of those coming in for online pickup. The stand also features a custom steel shelf with holes to match a buzzer button the retailer sourced which will ping the next available associate. In this way, customers know precisely where to go, and associates know where to meet customers for online pickup. This negates the need for customers to wait in line, or to have a dedicated associate waiting at the online pickup counter in between orders. This BOPIS stand delivers both attractive aesthetics, as well as helping a retailer meet it's customer's omnichannel expectations. If you need something similar in volume, or if you're inspired to come up with your own custom display for us to manufacture in volume, reach out to us today.
California Proposition 65 — WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
More about Proposition 65
This warning is the result of a right to know law passed in California in 1986 generally referred to as “Proposition 65.” PRINTIUX strives to comply with all applicable laws, including Proposition 65. While you may find this warning alarming, those in the State of California see it on products every day. California even came close to requiring this warning on coffee.
Why is PRINTIUX providing this warning?
We offer over 2000 products, each with its own set of parts and materials. It isn’t possible to test and re-test each and every part for the 850+ chemicals covered by Proposition 65. To ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on any products in which we cannot rule out that exposure to one of the 850+ covered chemical may occur. We provide these warnings out of an abundance of caution.
This warning does not mean that any of our products actually will cause any harm. Moreover, a Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.” The government has also explained, “You could think of Proposition 65 more as a ‘right to know’ law than a pure product safety law.”
Our products are sold nationwide and are labeled accordingly.
