The American Eagle Banner stand is made from Aluminum Alloy so it is very lightweight. It comes with a steel weighted, laser cut racetrack base to ensure stability on site. It is lightweight and versatile, available in a standard Satin finish. We love making custom large format banner stands and we can make custom sizes, or ask us about custom powder coating using RAL color matching or PMS color matching. The American Eagle large format banner stand is available with graphics or you can provide your own graphics. When ordering, a LED Clamp lighting unit is also available for purchase to really make your message pop at important events. This US Made large format banner stand is made with Jumbo Pole Pocket 1-1/4" diameter crossbars which offer a fast and easy install. We use uprights with a slotted bottom to allow for graphic tensioning. This design feature ensures there is no graphic sagging once you set it up, so you get the most consistent and elegant look. This warning is the result of a right to know law passed in California in 1986 generally referred to as “Proposition 65.” PRINTIUX strives to comply with all applicable laws, including Proposition 65. While you may find this warning alarming, those in the State of California see it on products every day. California even came close to requiring this warning on coffee.
Why is PRINTIUX providing this warning?
We offer over 2000 products, each with its own set of parts and materials. It isn’t possible to test and re-test each and every part for the 850+ chemicals covered by Proposition 65. To ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on any products in which we cannot rule out that exposure to one of the 850+ covered chemical may occur. We provide these warnings out of an abundance of caution.
This warning does not mean that any of our products actually will cause any harm. Moreover, a Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.” The government has also explained, “You could think of Proposition 65 more as a ‘right to know’ law than a pure product safety law.”
