Conditions: Custom products are normally paid for at the time of order. Printiux USA LLC accepts payment by credit card at the time of order with no additional charges and in the form of ACH.

Shipping: Via UPS and truck, FOB factory. Standard catalog products are normally shipped within 2-3 days for small quantities, 7-17 days for large quantities, unless otherwise specified.

QuickShip products are shipped the same day for orders received before 3:00 p.m. EST. Delivery times for customized products vary.

UPS Disclaimer: Excludes UPS charges for limited access deliveries (trade shows, shopping malls, universities, military bases, etc.). Excludes any reshipment charges incurred. Printiux USA LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping information, locations requiring delivery appointments, international inspection, or border fees.

Custom Products: Quotes for “Specials” are provided very quickly and are encouraged. Please test your custom product by obtaining a sample before placing your order. Delivery times are typically below what is promised and above what is delivered. Printiux USA LLC wants to help you meet your customers' requirements.

Samples: Samples are available and can be quoted upon request.

Pricing: Recommended catalog prices are listed for all items in the catalog, and significant discounts are available for VIP and Premium Customers. See the terms and discounts in our “Customer Plans” section.

Current prices are listed on our website, and depending on the type of customer, you can get between 30% and 50% off the initial price. Prices are subject to change and/or typographical errors.

Country of origin: Over 96% of what we offer is manufactured in the USA.

All aluminum, steel, tubing, and castings are manufactured in the USA.

Some components such as travel bags, plastic parts, and rivets are imported.
