Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily provide to us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone outside of our corporate family. We will share this within our family of brands and/or websites that we own, for commercial purposes.
Printiux USA LLC will continue to provide high quality and low prices for our customers, to generate the highest customer satisfaction and be the supplier of choice for the online marketplace.

Internal Service Providers
We may employ third-party services to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of the business, product, and service operations we provide to you at Printiux USA LLC (e.g., search technology, discussion forums, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs, and co-branded credit cards). Therefore, we may provide some of your personal information to these internal service providers as permitted by law. These internal service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of your personal information for any other purpose, except to facilitate the specific outsourced service. For example, we partner with companies that help us identify other products and services from our family of brands to market to you. Unless you opt out, you may receive marketing communications from Printiux USA LLC or other entities that are part of our corporate family. If so, you will always be able to identify in these messages, our primary brand which is PRINTIUX USA LLC. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing information from our different brands, you may still receive communications related to product updates, product safety information, or customer service information that you purchased or expressed interest in purchasing. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or buy stores, subsidiaries or business units. Legal Requests
We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory investigations, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud, and other rights, to help protect you and the community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials related to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we may (and you authorize us to) disclose some of your personal information as reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. Safety:
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information through our website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can check this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or by searching for ‘https’ at the beginning of the web page address.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., billing or customer service) can access personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are in a safe and secure environment.
In addition, access to your personal online account is password-protected. We will not release your account password to anyone. In the event that you forget your password, you can generate an online request to have your password emailed to you at the email address used during registration.
We have implemented strict and internationally acceptable standards of technology, managerial security, technical security, operational security, and physical security to protect personally identifiable information submitted on the Printiux USA LLC website from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The data is located behind a firewall, with access restricted to authorized Printiux USA LLC personnel.
By using this site, you agree that we will not be liable for any uncontrollable security attacks and, in such cases, you agree that we will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, loss of opportunity, legal cost, business loss, loss of reputation, direct and indirect loss that may occur to you under applicable cyber laws, including amendments to such laws and any other laws currently in force.
You further agree that our administration shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any criminal liability related to cybercrime under applicable cyber laws relating to your information, as you have agreed and acknowledged that our Printiux USA LLC management website complies with due diligence requirements (care and controls).
You unequivocally agree and acknowledge that our reasonable security practices and procedures include, but are not limited to, the following:
We are using Extended Validation SSL (EV SSL) which is the highest form of SSL certificate on the market. We encrypt our clients’ data with a secure algorithm. The website is hosted in a secure environment with limited secure access to the server. We are continuously monitoring security parameters and use Smart Security Premium for continuous scanning and to ensure that you are always safe. We keep our development environment secure from any public access. We are using the Web Application Firewall (ESSET) to ensure a high level of security to protect against any potential malicious activity. We also run a daily scanning mechanism on our computer systems to detect and/or protect against data breaches.
Cybercrime, cyber law, and reasonable security awareness training is provided for our senior management individuals, team members, and complaints officer as part of our managerial security practices.
You agree and acknowledge that our administration will never be responsible for the privacy of your sensitive personal data in the event that we share your sensitive personal data to an authorized cyber investigative agency of the appropriate government authorities upon receipt of a properly issued request from that governmental authority or governmental agency.
Registration:
In order to use our website, a user may be required to share certain information (such as name, phone number, and email address). We use this information to contact you about products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. We may send promotional content about contact information provided by you while registering with us.
Orders:
To shop with us, you must provide contact information (e.g., name and shipping address) and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date). We will only use this information to bill and fulfill your order and will not store any financial information. For example, if we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.

What about children’s privacy?
Use of the Printiux USA LLC website is only available to individuals who can form a legally binding contract. If you are under the age of 13, you will not be able to purchase any items from Printiux USA LLC. If you wish to purchase an item on the site, such purchase or sale may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the site.
What are your privacy rights?
In some regions (such as the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict the processing of your personal information; (vi) if applicable, data portability; and (vii) not be subject to automated decision-making. CONTROLS FOR NON-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference to have no data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, a uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has not been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will inform you of that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Privacy Rights Specific to U.S. Residents
Category: California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) that we disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we share personal information in the calendar year immediately preceding. If you are a California resident and wish to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to shop@printiux.com.
If you are a California resident and have a registered account on the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request deletion of such data, please contact us at shop@printiux.com and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will ensure that data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all of our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).
CCPA Privacy Notice

For example, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a method of communication (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods depending on the circumstances.
We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid asking you for additional information for verification purposes. However, if we are unable to verify your identity from information already maintained by us, we may require you to provide additional information for the purpose of verifying your identity and for security or fraud prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying it.
- Other Privacy Rights
- You may object to the processing of your personal information.
- You can request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant or you request to restrict the processing of the information.
- You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent who does not provide evidence that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

VCDPA Rights
Your VCDPA rights are described below.
- Right to non-discrimination
If you exercise your VCDPA consumer rights:

- We will not provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer a different price, rate, level, quality, or selection of products or services if your personal data is required to provide those products or services and you have exercised your right to opt-out, or the offer is related to a voluntary loyalty or rewards program.
- Authenticate your request
Once we receive your request, we will verify the information you provided by matching the information we have collected. If we are unable to authenticate your request, we may request additional information from you. If you are unable to provide additional information, or we are unable to authenticate the request using commercially reasonable efforts, we may deny your request.
- Right to appeal
If we decline to take action in response to any of your privacy requests, you have the right to appeal that decision within a reasonable period of time, but no later than 90 days from the date of our decision. To submit an appeal request, please email shop@printiux.com.
If you believe that your rights have been violated and you are unable to resolve the issue directly with us, you may file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General’s Office.
Category: Utah Residents
This section applies only to Utah residents. Under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), you have the rights listed below. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases we may deny your request as permitted by law.
- Data Portability Rights
The right applies to personal data that the consumer previously provided to the controller. The controller must provide the data in a format that is:
- Portable, to the extent technically feasible.
- Easily usable, as far as possible.
- Transferable to another controller without impediment, when the processing is carried out by automated means.
- Automated decision-making limits
The UCPA does not provide consumers with rights related to automated decision-making.
- Sensitive data usage limits
Before processing sensitive data under the UCPA, a controller must provide consumers:
- Clear warning.
- An opportunity to exclude yourself from the process.
If the processing relates to a known child, the controller must follow COPPA requirements.
- Non-discrimination rights
Under the UCPA, controllers cannot discriminate against a consumer who exercises rights:
- Denying a good or service.
- Charging a different price or rate.
- Provide a different level of quality.
Exceptions include:
- When a consumer opts in to targeted advertising.
- Voluntary participation in bona fide loyalty rewards, premium features, discounts, or club card programs.
- When the consumer’s personal data is reasonably necessary to provide a product, service, or functionality and the consumer chooses not to provide it or allow processing.

Drivers may extend the response period up to an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary due to the complexity of the request or the volume of requests received.
Montana Residents

- Additional Rights
The MCDPA also requires prior consent to process personal data for advertising or targeted sales when the controller actually knows that the consumer is 13, 14, or 15 years old.

Under the MSCPA, we may extend the response period up to 45 days more, for a maximum total of 90 days, if reasonably necessary considering the complexity and number of consumer requests.
Oregon Residents
This section applies only to Oregon residents. Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), as of July 1, 2024, you have the rights listed in this Privacy Policy.

Under the Act, we may extend the response period up to 45 days more if reasonably necessary considering the complexity and number of requests.
Category: Texas Residents
This section applies only to Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Security and Privacy Act (TDPSA), as of July 1, 2024, you have the rights listed in this Privacy Policy.

Under the Act, we may extend the response period up to 45 days more if reasonably necessary considering the complexity and number of requests.
Category: Iowa Residents
Effective January 1, 2025, the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act will apply. Iowa residents will have rights listed in this Privacy Policy.
To submit a request to exercise these rights described above, please send an email to shop@printiux.com. A controller will respond within ninety days of receiving a request. The response period may be extended once for an additional forty-five days when reasonably necessary by considering the complexity and number of consumer requests by informing the consumer of such extension within the initial ninety day response period, along with the reason for the extension.
If a controller refuses to take action on the consumer’s request, the controller shall inform the consumer without undue delay of the justification for refusing to take action, except in the case of a suspected fraudulent request, in which case the controller may indicate that the controller was unable to authenticate the request.
Right to appeal: In the event of a refusal, the consumer may appeal against the decision of the controller in the same way as the request for initiation. The controller must respond within 45 days of receiving the appeal.
Delaware Residents
The Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act has been signed into law, and most of the law will go into effect on January 1, 2025, with a requirement to honor opt-out preference signals that will go into effect on January 1, 2026. Delaware residents will have rights already listed in this privacy policy.
The Act outlines a consumer’s personal data rights and states that residents of this State shall have the right to know what information is being collected about them, view the information, correct any inaccuracies, or request deletion of their personal data that is being maintained by entities or individuals. This law builds on existing frameworks for data privacy in other jurisdictions.

It provides controllers with 45 days to respond to a consumer’s request, allows for a 45-day extension in certain circumstances, and requires the controller to notify the consumer if they refuse to take action, and provides instructions for appealing the decision.
Category: Indiana Residents
The Indiana Personal Data Privacy Act goes into effect on January 1, 2026. Iowa residents will have rights already listed in this Privacy Policy. To submit a request to exercise these rights described above, please send an email to shop@printiux.com. Controllers would have 45 days to respond to consumer rights requests, with a possible extension of 45 days in certain circumstances.
Category: Tennessee Residents
The Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA) goes into effect on July 1, 2025. Tennessee residents will have rights already listed in this Privacy Policy. To submit a request to exercise these rights described above, please send an email to shop@printiux.com. Controllers must respond to requests from authenticated consumers within 45 days, with a possible extension of 45 days, and establish an appeals process for denials to take action on requests. If the driver is unable to authenticate the consumer’s request, they can request additional information to do so.
